Position: Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative (Auto, Home, and Commercial)

Who We’re Looking For:
- Work hours are 9:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. We can offer some flexibility for the right candidate. Because we are in the sale and customer service business, additional hours may be required as needed.
- Passion for helping people and providing the best insurance solutions.
- Experience in personal lines insurance (auto, home, and commercial).
- Excellent communication skills—you love talking to clients and building relationships.
- A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance or sales experience and willing to obtain licensure within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent computer skills and be open to increased automation of all tasks. As an independent agency we work with multiple carriers and systems.
- A positive, upbeat attitude.
- You must be committed to work during work hours. We do have a friendly environment but it is work which is why we pay you. If it was all fun, we'd have to call it an amusement park and charge you to be here.
- Willing to follow procedures. Some things need to be done a certain way. Other things may require creativity and personal choice. When there are procedures, you must be able to follow them.
- You must be honest and ethical too.
- You must be comfortable working alone and staying on task working towards hitting monthly goals
